Thoughts on meditation

I know that meditation is hugely beneficial but I have to admit I find it hard to fit it in as have the usual excuse that I am “too busy”. I actually find it very hard to sit quietly and clear my mind, focus on my breathing and be more present in the moment. I would however love to incorporate this into my life.

More than ever we are bombarded by an overload of information – it’s relentless. Watching this video has really inspired me and made me think about putting aside time every day for this essential practise….have a look and see what you think!
