3. Getting Rid of the Negative in your Life

Now you will need to work on getting rid of all the negative things in your life. Whether that be a toxic relationship with family members, friends, or another loved one, you will want to take steps to rid yourself of that problem. Continuing to make yourself unhappy by being around these people will do nothing but make you sad and keep you from living the happiest life possible. Ask yourself whether or not they make you happy, or if they cause you stress and heartbreak. If they do the latter, cut them off. It will be difficult, but you will make a huge positive change for the future.

Selflessness, kindness, and helpfulness will help you to reach out to people around you, and make you feel better. The more that you work on selflessness, the more interactions you can make with good people, that will benefit the positive changes you are creating in your life.
