Chances are that you have your wedding planned out at least half a year (six months) to your big day. As such, you want to be the crown of the occasion. This period is enough to lose weight and be the most beautiful you have been on your big day.
As a word of caution, you really don’t need to go on a crash diet to achieve the body you need. Unless you aim to cut off half your weight, the following five tips are all you will need to lose weight faster for your wedding.
1. Increase your water intake
Water is the only drink you will ever need to look good and live longer. For your big day, you can keep the soda, juice and alcohol away and just focus on good old water. Drink as much of it as reasonably possible as it gets rid of toxins in your body, improves your digestion, elevates your energy levels, and prevents bloating.
The idea if eight glasses a day may seem impractical hence the need to find out the amount of water your body needs per day. To obtain that figure, divide your weight in half. The figure you obtain is your daily water intake in ounces.
2. Get to working out
Working out is the best advice you should put into practice if you want to look all glamorous on your wedding day. You do not need to work out at the level of professional wrestlers to obtain the body you need.

4. Increase fruits and vegetables in your diet
Eating fruits and vegetables is beneficial in various ways. First, it replaces foods high in sugars, salts and calories since the best way to deal with a habit is to replace it with a desired option.
Secondly, these foods have high amounts of nutrients required by the body hence the best choice for your health. Replacing heavy food with fruits with fruits and vegetables may require taking multivitamins as the fruits may not provide you with all the nutrients needed. With this diet, you are bound to notice positive changes the next time you step on your body composition analyzer.
5. Reduce your food intake
You are better off eating more meals with smaller portions than fewer meals with large portions. The aim is to only eat when you are hungry and to stop whenever you are satisfied. That way, you will create a calorie deficit which allows your body to get rid of the excess calories in the body.
You can also focus on eating heavier meals early in the day when your body will be active and lighter meals towards bedtime. That ensures that your body expends all the for a good figure.
