So while I am at home with more time on my hands than usual, I have been trying to improve my self care – hair treatments, do-it-yourself facials etc and I have also decided to try increase my exercise (which is non-existant).
Normally, when I have found an exercise routine for beginners, I have not been able to complete the routine but this exercise at home for beginners is really for proper beginners like myself. If you are like me and you are trying to start from zero – this might be the exercise routine for you. I did it this morning and just about managed it..had a coughing fit afterwards but feel good that I got through it. if you are fit and exercise regularly, this probably isn’t for you…unless you want to cogratulate yourself on how fit you already are!
Give it a go. I am going to try do this most days and see how quickly I can move onto something more challenging. Exercise is a brilliant mood booster and I am feeling pleased with myself for getting through it as I am quite allergic to exercise! Exercise at home for beginners can vastly improve the state of your mental health.
