Make a new friend – at least one

Try something new

Achieve at least one long term goal

Travel somewhere new

Be more mindful – try each and every day to stop and take in your surroundings

Give something good back each and every day – compliment a stranger, do a kind deed expecting nothing in return…

Donate to a charity or give some of your spare time for a good cause

Care less about what others think – be true to yourself. Screw the opinions of others – especially those that try to belittle and/or criticise you.

Stop thinking, start doing. Stop being afraid…

Push yourself out of your comfort zone and try something you feel a little scared of…come on you can do it!!

Pamper yourself without guilt

Choose to be optimistic and hopeful – don’t allow the nastiness and unfairness in life grind you down
