You have a lot more control over your life than you realise. Don’t make whiny excuses as to why you can’t get that job or can’t date that person. Who says? Why not? Where’s the rule book that tells you so?
Stop limiting your life with nonsense beliefs that do not serve you. Seriously, I used to be a real pessimist and once I realised how my beliefs closed off all sorts of opportunities I began to open up my thinking. I stopped comparing myself to others. Instead, I only compared myself to my past self to see if I was heading in the right direction.
1) Watch those limiting beliefs
2)Don’t compare yourself to others
3)Drown out the ‘noise’ from others and focus inwards – what do YOU really want?
4)Never tell yourself you can’t do things
5) See failure as a necessary learning curve on the path to success
Your mind and your thoughts can make or break the life experience you have here on Earth, so make sure that your thoughts work for you and not against you.
