START SMALL

If you notice that you have been neglecting your self-care, then it can be a worry, and you might feel you can and should just go back to what you were doing before, or even push yourself further if you are concerned that you have been forgotten your own health. This isn’t the ideal way to do things; by jumping back in, you can give yourself too much to think about and do, and this can be harmful.

Instead, you will need to start small. If you haven’t been exercising, for example, start gently and work up to where you were before. If you were giving up cigarettes but started smoking again, don’t go cold turkey but instead give up a little at a time. It may be slower progress, but it is the best way to do it if you want to achieve something.

You can also look at improving the way you take care of your appearance too through your skincare routine. Just making sure to use the right products for your skin is essential and the small changes can make a big difference to how your skin feels overall.

You can look at this moisturizer webstore as an example to start you off. If you don’t use any form of skincare, then you’re not giving your skin the products it needs in order to stay looking youthful and healthy. How you feel on the outside is somewhat controlled by what you do to contribute to that feeling.
